Quality Engineering

At Roberts Swiss Inc. we will work with your engineers from the concept stage through the production of your component parts.

Using the latest version of Solidworks 3D design software as a major part of our process we will work with your 2D drawings and/or 3D models to facilitate information flow from you, our customers and from us your supplier.

Importing our 3D models into Part Maker 3D CAM software allows us to develop our CNC programs. Part Maker SWISSCAM gives Roberts Swiss Inc. the capabilities to run simulations prior to production set-ups. Proving out set-ups before a tool is touched.

Our Quality Department has access to the 3D models and can input them into quality inspections by using the models to program our OGP Flash 200 3D Vision system with contact capabilities.

The integration of 3D models from engineering through production into quality, assures the accuracy of our components throughout our processes ultimately giving Roberts Swiss a higher degree of customer satisfaction.
