At Roberts Swiss Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a critical part of our operations. As a part of our customers Supply Chain we are committed to keeping the flow of parts into the customer inventory and production lines without interruption. This commitment forces Roberts Swiss to manage our supply chain with absolute precision.
We provide services such as contract managed inventory, blanket order inventory management, purchase order management. Throughout our entire process the Customer Service team and the Traffic/Shipping team work together to move parts through our internal processes so they flow into finished goods inventory in a timely and accurate manner.
We have developed strong relationships with our supply chain to ensure that any special processes needed go to the best in class suppliers. No matter where parts are with in the manufacturing process they are handled with care and processed to the strictest quality requirements.
Parts are verified before going into FG Inventory and as they are leaving FG Inventory for shipment to our clients.
